Realism callouts baked into this plan

  • Finishes lock in 3 weeks. Aggressive. Requires Hodge + subs holding firm pricing on a tight clock. If subs slip, the loan timeline slides.
  • CareValidate / Quest / PerfectRx are not 5-week dev tasks. They're 6–12 week partner onboardings. Soft launch happens without them; they layer in when each one's actually live.
  • Private label pulled out of the 24-week window. Real private label = 6–12 months. Wks 20–24 is for kicking it off. Margin lift comes in 2027.
  • LobbyOS public launch (Sep) and Vasari Health public launch are stacked. Both compete for your attention in Wks 18–24. Either stagger by 4 weeks or pick which one is "the launch."
  • Residential interior FF&E owner TBD. CMS is cafe + wellness club only. The 44 units' interiors don't have a designer assigned in this plan.
  • You are not 100% on this. Plan assumes ~50–60% of dev time on Vasari Health.
